We are set apart by our Solution Driven sales process which aims to explore multiple options and find the best approach for your project and meet your budget needs. This process takes time on the front end to make sure expectations are met on the day of installation. We believe in providing information and allowing you to make the decision you think is best without any high pressure sales tactics, ensuring that you don’t feel rushed or experience any buyer’s remorse.
On the day of consultation we review the scope of work, discussing your preferences and priorities for your project. Then, we discuss ideas and solutions to fulfill your needs. This will often open several possible solutions for us to create an Option Sheet for your review. The Option Sheet will be provided within 3 business days, presenting all solutions that were discussed at your consultation along with a quote for each option. Once your final decisions are made we will provide a contract and specification sheet for your windows or doors.
Once all product and materials have been received, we will reach out to schedule a day for installation. You will experience a professional, high quality window and/or door installation. We do this by never hiring a third-party subcontractor to work on your home, all work is done by our staff members. We prioritize employee retention and training so you can rest assured that all your products will be installed according to manufacturer recommendations.
