Wonderful company and staff who are very knowledgeable. I hired WIS, Inc. to purchase and install Andersen replacement windows as part of an insurance claim due to hail/storm damage. Existing windows were also Andersen and original to the home (39 years old). Product was received quicker than expected and installation took approx. 1.5 days to complete (13+ windows). We love our new windows. They gave our home an updated look on the inside and outside (we chose sliders and casement with black interior and exterior); reducing noise and heat transmission, as well as providing less obstructed views due to less casing - we're thoroughly enjoying our larger picture windows that provide expansive outdoor views! They came out took all our measurements and showed us the different options between ProVia and Andersen Windows. The quote came back with in a couple of days and we decided to do all the windows in one shot. They had some great financing options at 18 months no interest. We cut them a check and it took about 10-12 weeks to get them ordered up. Ryan got us on the schedule as soon they came in. The whole installation took 2 days for 7 windows. They showed up promptly in the morning and got to work. They took the time to lay down floor covering and sheeting over the furniture. They had to take some of the siding down to install and we can't tell a difference that some of it was taken down to put the windows in. They were able to re-use our trim and just had to rip it down some for the new windows. They cleaned up everything and couldn't even tell they were there after 2 days. The windows look great and cost a fraction of what companies on TV commercials tout for sales. We will be looking to do our patio door in the future and will be giving Ryan and Robert a call back to do that one as well.
